• Heavy cats, large breeds, or multiple cats over 6.5 kg /14 lbs are not recommended for using this litter box. Please double-check the size before purchase.
• Aggregating cat litter, such as tofu cat litter, and bentonite cat litter, is more suitable.
• We recommend you mix the used litter for cats to adjust it quicker and better.
• It is normal if the entryway is loose since it is removable structured.
• Please place your hands on the right and left sides of the litter tray when pushing it.
• Light green litter box is available in limited regions. Please confirm it with  info@makesuredesign.com before completing your order.
• Due to the local regulations outside America and the EU regions. (e.g. Switlands, Canada), tax or import fees are not covered in the price. They will be paid directly by customers.
• If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service (info@makesuredesign.com) to verify within 45 days of the order date.
